Sponsorship Tech Rocks 2005! Ottawa's technology companies are ready, once again, to exchange their software servers and switches for mikes, drum-sticks and guitar amps. Throughout mid October to the end of November, tech rockers will do battle to help solve our industry's human resources challenge. Over the course of six weeks, an estimated 30-40 bands, made up of employees from local tech companies, will compete in Tech Rocks. Through a rockin' Tech Rocks web site designed by Fuel Industries, bands will be able to register, check out the schedule, and hear audio clips. Our message is clear, the technology industry in Ottawa is large, hip, multi-talented and it rocks! Industry Participation Ottawa companies can get in on the action by becoming a major partner of Tech Rocks. Benefits Partners billed as "cool companies" will receive recognition in all local media campaigns. Your logo or company name will appear in approximately twelve Tech Rocks ads in the Ottawa Citizen; the official Tech Rocks website; up to ten OCRI broadcast announcements with circulation of over 5,000; Tech Rocks promotional material displayed at up to twenty five OCRI events; and, the Tech Rocks banner at all "BATTLE OF THE BANDS". With this aggressive promotion exposure, Tech Rocks will send a clear message that your company is tuned in and turned on! OCRI initiates learning programs to address our technology industry's needs.
